Oxified New Year

Its Ox year already, seems that i've missed the rat year. Spending almost the whole last 2008 in Vietnam for the project, its a year now.

Time goes by so fast..

Being away from home most of the time, its kind of hard to keep up with everyone because for the whole month I'm only back for 4 days average but never mind I've already getting used to it(just found my pile 2008 'ang pao' at the corner of my cupboard, still intact). Catching up with the leftover whenever I come back was tough but thats life, making the hard turning point.
"Only through hardship you will find happiness" and "Yang dikejar tak dapat, yang dikendong berciciran",hanging at those right at the moment.

So..back to the New Year stuff,
Although i'll be only spending 5 days(back Vietnam@31st Jan) of the Chinese New Year, think I'm gonna make the 5 days a great one. Can't wait to get my hand on those mahjong tiles!!.., those "Ang Pao'sss".."Bak Kua'sss".

get myself a pair of glasses for the occasion!..

Just in case you are bored~
Here are the 2 Chinese New Year Movies titles,

Red Cliff (Part 2)

The movie is based on historical records of "The Chronicles of the Three Kingdom" rather than the novel, "Romance of the Three Kingdom". In the early third century, the land of Wu is invaded by the warlord Cao Cao and his million soldiers. The ruler of Wu, Sun Quan (Chang Chen), calls on the rival warlord Liu Bei (You Yong) for help, but their two armies are still badly outnumbered. However, the strategists Zhou Yu (Tony Leung) and Zhuge Liang (Takeshi Kaneshiro) see that Cao Cao's army is unused to battling on the sea. With 200,000 men, Zhou Yu and Zhuge Liang defeated Cao Cao's army at the Yangtze River.

Kei (Ronald Cheng) eldest sister Sandra (Sandra Ng) is a hot-tempered magazine editor and her temperament has left her single all this while. They have a traditional family and one of the rules is that none of the siblings could get married before their eldest sister. In view of this, Kei sort help from the famous “Casanova”, Koo Chai (Louis Koo), who is the new journalist in Sandra’s firm to pretend to court his eldest sister and lure her into the mood of love.

With Sandra falling in love with Koo Chai, she decides to introduce him to her parents (Lee Heung Kam, Ha Chun Chou). However, Koo Chai fell in love with another girl, Mun during an assignment and this broke Sandra’s heart. To avoid the disappointment of her parents, Sandra asks Mr. Wong (Raymond Wong) a private investigator to pretend as her boyfriend.

With Sandra love life going nowhere and her career plunging low, will she get what she wants? Will Kei find his true love and marries her sister off? Who will Koo Chai choose? Will all’s well end’s well?
